RETURN WINDOW

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with your rights as a consumer shopping online within the EU.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered cannot be accepted for a return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please contact us first at info@elvxqira.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the next steps and let you know where to send your parcel.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item you received was faulty, incorrect, or arrived damaged, in which case we will cover the cost.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like a different size or color, let us know when you reach out to start your return, and we'll help arrange an exchange where stock allows.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within a reasonable time after we receive the return, and no later than required by law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
