We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands only.

 

WHERE ORDERS ARE SENT FROM

 

Our orders are dispatched from partner facilities located in Germany and France, depending on stock availability.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

Standard shipping (free)

Delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days from the day your order is dispatched. This option is automatically applied at checkout unless you choose to upgrade.

 

Express shipping (4.95 euro)

This option is insured and typically takes 2 to 3 business days from the day your order is dispatched. It's a good choice if you need your order a little faster or want the added peace of mind that comes with insured delivery.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Delivery times begin counting from the day your order is dispatched, not from the day it was placed.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

 

DELAYS

 

While we do our best to meet the delivery windows above, occasional delays can happen due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs processes, weather, or courier disruptions. If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

 

Our express shipping option is insured, so any loss or damage occurring in transit is covered. If you chose standard shipping and your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at info@elvxqira.com and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
